Getting ready for church is quite a chore
looking for shoes and clothes and more
Mom is yelling, "hurry up let's go"
the kids are stressed, no fun, I know
Then the moment comes, to just stop
look at these cute kids, and take a photo op
I then realize, this is what makes life worthwile
These kids are what makes me smile
The funny things they say and do
and even when they're crying too
When they say, "mom, I love you"
I know we're going to make it through
I know I'm doing what I should
life is fun and fun is good!!

Sucking her "Thumb"
So, how many of your kids can put their whole fist in their mouth!! I thinks she's got quite a talent!! Ryan has found her little hand and tries to put it in her mouth. It's pretty funny to watch. Sometimes it works for her and sometimes it's too big!! Just doing what everyone else does, but a little different.
My Dad called me and told me about an article in the Tribune about a boy playing high school football with the same thing Ryan has and he described himself as "differently"-abled instead of disabled. Ryan will be able to do everything, just in a different way at times. I'm totally using that to describe my sweet little girl!!

Lovin' the Baby!!!
My kids are IN LOVE with baby Ryan. They can't get enough of her. They love the sound of her cry even!! They will wake her up from a nap to hold her and just to hear her cry, and then bring her to mom to take care of! Mom doesn't get quite as excited at the sound of her cry, and gets a little frustrated with this process, but I love that they love her, so it's hard for me to say no. She really is hard to resist!!

Brandon is 7!!!
My cute little boy has turned 7 years old!! Unbelievable! We had a SPORT birthday party, because he is so into sports. His room is decorated with footballs and baseballs. He's going to be starting flag football this fall, so fun!
Brandon had so much fun with his cousins and friends. What a wild group! We did a pinata, and that was interesting. The excitement of the candy falling, the tears of not getting as much as the kid next to you, and the grabbing of little hands!!
Happy Birthday my Brandon. You bring our family so much joy. With your big puckered up lips that give us great kisses, to your lego creations you make for us every day, to the loves you give to little baby Ryan!!

A Day In The Life....
If you are a mother, you will SO relate to these pictures. Vacumming while holding a baby, or my personal favorite, Nursing while cooking, while talking on the phone. Multitasking at it's best!!
I just laugh at the fact that everything I'm doing right now in my life, I do with a baby attached to my body. It's plain and simple that if you want to get anything done, you just Do It!! I even find myself typing at the computer at times with one hand because the baby is in the other, and I like it because I know that's something Ryan will be doing! (she'll be much better at it though!)

My BLOG!!!
So, my sister and sister in laws have a "blog" and I love to look at them, but wonder how they have the time to do them! That's been my reason for not doing one, TIME!! But I have given in and I'm going to try to keep up with this! It's so fun to see pictures and to hear how people describe their lives. We'll see if I can keep up!!
Like my blog name says, If I'm having FUN doing it, I'll keep it up, if not, see ya!!!

My Little Angel!!
So, of course one of my first comments on my blog has to be about my new baby!! She is the most wonderful thing in the world. I knew there was one more baby that needed to be a part of our family, and it was true! She is the perfect addition, and is sooooooo loved by her sisters and brothers!! I thought the novelty of a new baby in the home would wear off, but now I'm realizing it will probably never wear off throughout her life!!
Ryan just went in for her 2 month appointment today and she is now 10 lbs. 11 oz. and 22 1/2 inches. She's come a long way from her 7 lbs 7 oz, and 19 inches!! What a doll. She even let me sleep for 5 whole hours in a row last night, how great! (boy how your perspective changes when you have newborn!)
