We just got back from the funnest Newton Family Reunion ever!! We went to Lake Powell and it was soooooo great!!! It's been 6 years since we've all been together! This was a VERY needed and appreciated reunion!!

CAMPING & FISHING!!!

Last weekend we ventured off to Flaming Gorge, Utah with a tent, a boat and 5 children!! WOW, what an experience! It actually was really fun. (other than Ryan crying all night in the tent!! - I woke up the next morning and wanted to walk around the campground saying, "man, did you hear that baby last night? Who in thier right mind would bring a baby camping!!")

Now, on to the pictures...

Brandon was our Super Fisherman this trip!! We didn't have a lot of luck with the fish, but he never gave up!!

In my "fish" stories I'll tell you all that my fish was the biggest, and that I didn't scream and drop that fish in the boat because it was so gross to hold!!

RYAN IS ONE!!!

Yes, it's true, my baby turned 1 on Sunday, June 8th, 2008!!!

It's hard to believe that it was a year ago that I was so excited to see my baby girl, and so anxious about seeing her little hand. I remember being so nervous, and then realizing when I was in labor, that I didn't even care what it looked like, I was just so happy to have her here. Luckily it looked great, and there were no worries.

Here are the proud parents of our 5th and last!!

Our kids cannot get enough of their little sister, she is the perfect addition to our family. They still to this day fight over who gets to get her out of bed, hold her, put her in the car, and play with her.

What HAPPENED in Vegas....

First of all, it is soooooo rare that we come back with money from Vegas, but it happened this time BABY!! Let me point out what a high roller I am, I put $1 on 24 and won $37! And then put $5 on O/OO greens and got $85!! It was seriouslly so much fun! I'm sure you can't imagine the celebration that took place, I didn't make a fool of myself at all!!

Of course other gambling took place and we went up and down, but I was ON FIRE this trip!! Steve would loose some and I'd be a smart alack and ask him how much I needed to go make to bring him back to even. It was so fun!

We had so much fun just laughing and being together!

Brian's idol is Incredible Hulk, when we saw this we had to get a shot of him posing!!

Pool time was so great this trip!! One day we went to the pool at 9:30 am and stayed until almost 4:00 pm. It was just so fun to lay and not care about anything!!

How lucky are we to have such great friends to hang with. The Christensons are the best!


So glad to have such a good friend. We are opposite in a lot of ways, but that's what makes us great friends!! For instance, she couldn't wait to go shopping at the mall or outlet malls in Vegas, and I had to hit all the Walmarts on the way to Vegas!!
