It is unbelievable to me that my daughter Linden Ann Newton is in 9th grade!! She is so beautiful and fun and wonderful. She is a great student which makes life so easy for me when it comes to homework. She just does it, she's always been like that, I'm so lucky.
I love her so much and just can't believe how much she's growing up. It's actually been really fun having a teenager so far. She rolls her eyes at me quite often, but I usually realize that I deserve it because I say something so dorky!!
Love you Linden.....

BACK TO SCHOOL....
Out here in Herriman we are on year round school, which means we went back to school on July 28th!! Is that crazy enough? And yes, I'm just finally getting around to posting the pictures, oh well!!
Brandon is starting 2nd grade!! He was so excited to wear his new Transformer shirt on the first day. He came home from school and told me "I like the sound of my teachers voice" So cute!
Miss Camryn is starting 4th grade! Can't believe it she's getting so big! The boy she has a crush on is in her class so that makes her happy. She found out his favorite color is yellow, so we'll see if her wardrobe changes soon!
Cute kids all ready for school...
Braden started Kindergarten the week after. I can't find his pictures on my computer, so I used this one. My Braden was sent to the PRINCIPALS OFFICE on his first day of school! Oh my gosh, what are we in for!!? He's just got a very free spirit, that needs to be reigned in before he's a teenager!!
Good luck to my cute kids!!! (Linden starts school next week, so we'll get her picture on here soon...)

DOMINATE IN '88 - RECONNECT IN '08
The 20 year reunion of the Skyline class of 1988 has come to an end..... Can it be true? All of the planning, all of the anticipation, and it's over!! BUT, it was soooooooo awesome!! I really think everyone had the best time ever!!
On Friday night we had our alumni only night. What a great idea. It was so fun to be able to just catch up with everyone. So crazy to be back in that setting too, brought back fun memories. I'm sure you know I took thousands of pictures, only put a few in here though, won't bore you with "remember him, and that's so and so...."
My favorite Roger Morgan, he's still just so great!!
Some of the Herd... Cari Wilson, Wendi Jager, me, Melissah Moore
Bryce Doman, Eric Mosteller, me, Paul Putnam, Jenifer, Melissah Moore and Carrie Pike...
How fun to be at the reunion with my best friend. It was great!!
My crush and great friend, Bryce Doman, so much fun to see people again and laugh about the past...
Then Saturday night was so fun!! I think everyone felt comfortable because they'd had a chance to catch up, it made it easier to introduce spouses and enjoy the evening...
Carrie and I with our "Steve's"
The two Wasatch mascots together again.... Ricky Bentley
More of the Herd.... Melissah, Engor, me, Cari, Carrie (what babes)
The reunion committtee, These are the people I spent lots of Tuesday evenings with and TONS of emails!! Dan Sundwall, Carrie, John Storheim, Scott Gordan, Jolynn Frogley, Karianne Willis, me, Krissy and BJ Ockey...

7 MORE DAYS....
It's a once in a lifetime experience to go to your 20 year High School reunion and mine is coming in just 7 days! Yes, my DOMINATE IN 88 dreams will all come true in one week. Running around in the actual halls of Skyline "acting" like I'm in High School, talking and laughing, I really am excited, can you tell?
Still trying to figure out what to wear, that will be quite the dilema!!
I was telling Steve the other night that I need to find someone to take pictures Friday and Saturday night so we have them to post on the Skyline website and have them for our 30 year, and Steve in his serious smart alack voice said, "I can take the pictures" Ya, I'll just say, hey you, smile, snap. And then I'll say, "Smile, did you know that the guy who kidnapped Elizabeth Smart went to Skyline, snap" One of his favorite things to do is give me a hard time about Skyline. Last time we went camping he told "scary stories" around the campfire and all the crazy people that come to murder you when you go camping are Skyline graduates... go figure!
Saturday night I get to take my cute husband (he's really so excited he can't even stand it) Do any of you watch Friday Night Lights? It's a great show and there's one episode where they go to the wife's high school reunion. Her X starts provoking the husband (who's the football coach) the X asks him to have a few drinks with him, and the wife is like, ok honey let's just go, and the husband says, "no hon, I'm gonna have a few drinks here with my friend John" It is SO funny, they end up getting in this big brawl. Anyway, let's hope that's just an episode from Friday Night Lights and not a story Steve and I are telling the day after my reunion!!!
Here are a few pics to help you all realize why I would be excited...
